On Friday, June 5, 2020 we gathered at Thomas Circle, with our friends from National City Christian Church to offer prayers for the transformation of our nation, and the dismantling of racist structures and practices. At 5:45 p.m. we rang bells for 8 minutes and 46 seconds in remembrance of the time period that George Floyd was held by the police officer’s knee and lost his life.
