"The One Thing That Destroys Everything" (Genesis 3:1-10)
When interpreting the truths of scripture, ultimately, it comes down to the picking and choosing of beliefs based on information that exists outside of scripture— information that we carry around with us as vessels housing the life of God.
More importantly, that information is validated as good or bad by what it does in the world when we act on it. This is just as valid a form of reasoning, testing, and interpretation that we must employ when trying to make sense of the scriptures.
