Our SERVANT Leaders
Church In Bethesda practices a style of leadership called, “semi-congregationalism”, a system of church polity in which every congregation is independent, ecclesiastically sovereign, and autonomous. In a semi-congregational structure, authority is vested in leaders who are appointed by the community as a whole.

Made up of people from within the congregation, The Servants Group gives oversight, fosters development, and sets the direction for our community.
